It’s time to let your mind settle, body rest and soul be nourished…

Each day at 8am EST you are invited to join a 20-minute practice that shifts you from overwhelm to ease. By the end of the week you will feel more centered and leave with potent mind-body techniques to support you through stressful times - from breathwork, visualization, yoga postures and more.

*Although live attendance of sessions is encouraged, a link to the recordings will be sent to your email and available for 1-week to those that register.
