Meet Your Guides
Kristen Cordero
Hey there, I’m Kristen, an Embodiment Coach, Psychotherapist and Sound Healing Practitioner. I use the intersection of sound, somatic practices and meditation to support your path to healing. My mission is to guide women to come home to themselves to break free from burnout, heal deep wounds and live lives rooted in authenticity, peace and joy. After working together, clients often share that they feel lighter, more peaceful and aligned with their truth.
Adrienne Petrino
Hey there, I’m Adrienne, a Trauma-Informed Coach, Grief Coach, Grief Movement Guide and Published Author. I use the intersection of curiosity, movement, breath and embodied practices to support women through change, grief and life’s messy middle. My mission is to create courageous, soft spaces where women can feel witnessed, reconnect with themselves and explore what’s possible when they slow down, trust their inner knowing and let themselves be fully felt. After working together, women often share that they feel more connected, grounded, spacious and trusting of themselves.
