Sound baths are deeply meditative experiences where you are enveloped in nourishing frequencies of instruments like singing bowls, chimes and vibe drums. Visualizations, guided meditations and somatic practices are often added to deepen the journey. People usually experience release of emotional and physical tension and leave feeling relaxed and restored.

This is up to you to decide. Regardless if you believe you are indeed connecting to your loved one or that you are creating a mental projection of them, it can serve as a transformative and healing experience. You do not need their actual presence to process grief, receive closure and create a continuing bond.
-
If you would like, you can bring your own water bottle and an item that reminds you of your loved one you are desiring to connect with (photo, jewlery, etc.). There is a restroom at the space.
-
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing and bringing an extra layer in case you might get cold. When we relax our body temperature naturally drops.

We invite you to arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can promptly begin at 6pm. This gives you time to settle in and ensures an undisrupted and sacred experience for all.
-
The sound bath will take place seated where you will have your own cushioned chair. This is supportive of maintaining restful awareness throughout the session and accomodates the intimate setting.
